KL6 was very helpful, i couldn't get into the portal as a new customer, we tried for about 15 mins but to no avail so she offered to post the documents to me.
It was an endless cycle of links and red writing telling me to check details which i did many times over.
It was a relief to get this resolved, and i am hoping to receive the documents soon.
