Today I made an enquiry about a new car insurance policy and was introduced to EW2 who dealt with me. Elizabeth was very understanding, asked all the appropriate questions to rectify my issues, without any fuss or problems. She even offered me a better value for the policy I had purchased which was a bonus. Overall, I found Elizabeth friendly and efficient dealing with my enquiry.
