Engaging with KL6 was a pleasant experience. Having raised non transparent points and decision to leave on conditions of unknown items/cost in policy she took time to explain, show understanding, attentive listening and worked with me to a solution. I really was not happy before discussing with KL6. I was being asked to pay a admin fee though my policy had not started and will do in the future. I think we got to an agreeable outcome on the basis of both our needs. The end result was a retained customer for One Protect.
