First experience with One Protect seemed straightforward, best the end there was an issue, so I chatted with two different agents , still and issue continued . Determined to complete what I had begun I began another chat; thankfully agent KL6 very quickly assisted understood and the new insurance was complete very efficiently. All done , I shall download the app .
