I gave a 1* review yesterday, and was surprised to recieve a phone call asking how one protect can resolve my issue (not accepting my full no claims proof),
spoke to CJ3.Well it was all resolved within 10 mins, thankyou CJ.I just wish the lady i originally spoke to would have listen to my questions rather than talking over me and trying to pass me onto someone else,(hope my call was recorded).Just hope the next 12 months go quickly and uneventful.
