I made an error in my info but I found the admin charge to fix this over the top. I spoke to Kaitlyn KL6 and she was amazing help. Great patience and helped me reduce the charge to a more realistic and acceptable cost. Great customer service (not only because the charge was reduced). Kaitlyn should she understood my genuine mistake and took time to sort this the best she could. This was all done on Live Chat - seamless, efficient and left me satisfied with the outcome and staying with One Protect. Win win for Kaitlyn - KL^, myself and One Protect.
