I had several queries with my quotes with One protect, I used the chat option and was helped by a nice lady called Elizabeth (EW2), she was so helpful and answered all my questions in a very helpful and friendly manner, She is a credit to you, I wish that all helpline staff were as friendly and helpful, as a result I am taking out a 2nd policy with One Protect.
