Ei1 I was really happy with the level of support I received from ellie.
She understood what I needed to do and took her time to assist and offer alternative solutions. In all, this was a great customer experience and whilst I was leaving the policy (my car imploded), I will always go straight back to Oneprotect due to my experience with the company.
