After being told that my insurance from another company had been cancelled a week earlier - due to me not receiving an email - poor Michael f got a deranged lady on the chat line to start my new policy a week earlier than expected - not only was he able to calm me down - but got my new policy to start with immediate effect to hopefully enable me to drive home.
