While OneProtect haven't filled me with confidence based on some of the people I've spoken to, EW2 is by far the most helpful customer service member they have. I have spoken to several staff members over the last few weeks who were all less than helpful and today I landed on her. She helped sort an issue that had been ongoing for weeks within 20 minutes, with minimal fuss. Thank you so much EW2!
