Omg….I am writing to thank Emily user EE3, I think. The patience was out of this world for a damsel in distress like me. She is an assert to the company. Today I came here to cancel as I was not getting any where with the chats yet my deposit was taken. I called my bank to cancel the arranged direct debit and came onto the chat. But I met Emily who was patient and tried to activate my account. I gave a wrong email address by typo and blamed her for taking the wrong email address, only to find out it was my fault. Thank you for staying calm and not logging out. Finally I am able to gain access to my portal, I have a peace of mind. Emily you are very professional and calm.
