Got an email to advise my premium had gone up due to incorrect information
provided. Turns out 1st central falsely put on my file that I had made a claim back in 2022. After getting proof from 1st central, I spoke to Hannah aka HM1 via live chat. Hannah was friendly, engaging and extremely helpful. She managed to get my issue resolved and my premium reinstated to my original agreement. Thank you Hannah!
