5 stars given to customer service from HP1, he dealt with my query quickly & efficiently resolved & arranged my refund. A star was knocked off due to the long wait to get someone onto the chat. 1st attempt was 15th in queue then when got to 1st in queue I was disconnected so had to start all over again.
