As a new customer with One Protect, I have been struggling to provide proof of no claims discount. Am a pensioner of 76 and uploading documents has been a challenge. After various efforts, I launched into a live chat today and struck gold with Ellie (EB3) who resolved my problem with great patience. I am very grateful all is now ok.
