I have just come to this company as my last insurer hiked my insurance by over 40%, I am 63 and had no claims, so probably being stung because of younger drivers!!! Anyway I had to go onto the chat this morning to make a change and was dealt with very professionaly by Hannah HM1, who made the change without any problem and was clearly very knowledgeable too, so thankyou.
