Had a SMS message offering the Claims number and a link to add to my contacts. I though could be spam. Used the chat on the customer portal to check.
Emily EE3 provided the correct number and pointers on what to do for any claim. In under 5 minutes went from slightly stressed to a happy customer. Thanks Emily
