That was honestly the quickest solved query ive ever encountered. OH3 replied back to me within 1 minute instantly putting my mind at ease regarding a discrepancy with my no claims bonus. I really appreciate how fast and effective this webchat is as it's nice to have real agents rather than AI. Also having the option to upload documents etc. instantly is ideal as opposed to waiting for emails.
