Just a quick review to highlight the assistance I was offered by Ellie (EB3). I received a letter asking me to confirm my NCB and this was required from my previous insurer but the information I had to relay back had no contact point. I managed to address this with Ellie over chat and she was able to accept the documents which I had downloaded, simple and without fuss, that's what is required these days instead of seems and seems of documents.
