Absolutely appalling. Buyer beware. Online only. The IT system is atrocious. The portal is invariably inaccurate, in my case stating I had no active policy when I did. You are then stuck in a viscous circle of being directed to the portal that has no way of sorting the issue.
The chat is woeful, constantly disconnects, plagued with delays and clearly undermanned given the delays in response.
