I tried to add a driver to my policy (ver 50, full UK license, no points) and the online protal refused. The live chat is the only way to contact One Protect, but the person (at least) on the chat admitted they were a broker, and not the insurer, and couldn't help. So I'm stuck without anyone to resolve the problem. The email address is 'no reply' and the phone number is Claims only. One Call seem to be the umbrella but their customer number says immediately that One Protect customers are not covered, and to ... go to the online portal. It's a disaster. No customer service at all.
