I chatted with EE3 who was extremely helpful with my enquiry. EE3 gave excellent customer service. Understood my query and explained difference between the legal protection. I was given the option to opt out and be refunded for the extra cover I didn't want. Pleased she gave me the time to write as I was feeling very despondent with previous agent who literally ended chat in less than two minutes which gave you no time to write anything!! EE3 was helpful and my only criticism for the live chat would be to give customers chance to write but it was a prompt service.
