I have just completed a 'chat' with Marcela G - MG9. I contacted her because my new policy did not list my wife as an additional driver, in spite of completing all her details on the comparison website. Anyway, Marcela was very patient with me, went though all my wife's details, and lo and behold managed to get my wife added with no admin fee AND at a cheaper premium, meaning I will get a refund.
