I received advice and assistance from Ellie username Ei1, she was very helpful, polite and answered all my questions and reassured me, which regard to driving in Europe o my Policy, which put me at ease and made me feel very reassured. Ei1 even queried and offered to look at breakdown cover for me but as I already have this it was not required. Thank you I though Ei1 provided me an excellent service Regards Caroline Hedley
