I had the best interaction for ages today with HW3 who really helped me get to the bottom of my queries about previous claims. I am always wary of online chat facilities but I have to say today was different. After around 15 minutes of interaction I was pleasantly surprised by HW3 who went off to check on a previous chat I had recently had which provided a load of more information that helped to answer my queries. Finally a good company to work with and especially HW3 who put my mind at rest. Thank you! :-)
