Before completing the purchase of my insurance I had a question that I needed answering. I decided to use the online chat platform which was promptly answered by Josh JA1. He answered my question and explained the answer, giving me the confidence to continue with purchasing my insurance. So far the service has been very good, I'm hoping I never need to use it again but if I do I hope it's just as good. Thanks JA1
