Spoke with SM2 on live chat. They were very helpful.
I was 19th in the queue to start with so it took a while to get through but once I did and I was able to live chat with SM2 it was all plain sailing from there.
I had left it too late to verify my account, a couple of months, so was unable to access my insurance docs, SM2 rectified the issue promptly.
