Josh stayed on line with me for 2 hours while I tried to comply with a request for information. I did not have a full understanding of what was needed , but Josh stayed with me until I had sorted the issue. This young man went above and beyond to to ensure that I was able to progress the matter. Without such patience and understanding I would have been totally lost.
