I was struggling to upload my proof of no claims (I'm useless with IT) so I contacted your help line. Tara J (TJ2) helped me through the upload process. She did this quickly and efficiently. She has also informed me of a much cheaper breakdown cover which I will take when my existing cover expires. Top marks Tara.
