To change my policy was really difficult as it’s all done via online chat - would be so much easier to speak to someone in person. Also, the change in policy cost when changing my vehicle was just the cost of the rest of the year’s insurance. Oh do the changes online on your account as the fee is less. Person helping me was excellent though so I give her 5 stars!
