Had a chat to HG1. The chat system is far from efficient I had to try many time to get the chat to her. However, once I did she was very good and managed to resolve my problem.
Though I would rather the system put me through to her the 1st time I got to the front of a queue of 45 rather than the 4th. But that's not her fault.
