Well, I was certainly happy with the JH2 customer representative that I chatted to online
But unfortunately, I’ve not so far been very happy with trying to access my portal so I can see my policy. Possibly it was because it was too soon after setting up the business with yourselves. But when you state I need to do this within 48 hours in an email, then I started to be concerned because it seemed like the policy would not be activated anyway that aside I’m sure things will be fine.
