MH5 conducted live chat ref changing vehicle on my account and having listened to my reservations came up with a plan I was happy with because Company website did not recognise my new registration so was directed to live chat agent

However disappointed with One Call website not recognising my new registration when all other insurance and Comparison sites did and of course directed to live chat where a cost of £42 would be collected for change
