I wanted to alter the start date after booking the car insurance policy on line yesterday. I couldn’t do it on line and went on their chat line for help. I was redirected at the 3rd attempt to JA1 who was extremely understanding and helpful. Very professional and made no fuss. Appreciated the prompt, efficient and excellent customer service from JA1.
