We visited the One Stop Grow Shop (OSGS) in Cannock today and we have also previously bought from them online. The service we have got through both buying processes has been exceptional. There was an item missing in my online order. I spoke to Ren and she was wonderful. She took ownership of the problem and resolved it that day. I already had high expectations from One Stop itself as their extensive stock serves all your needs. However, the face to face customer service you get from the OSGS shops is also incredible. Alex and the store manager Joe are brilliant. The information they give exceeds all your google searches. Their depth of knowledge of the horticultural process is exceptional, and their stock knowledge reaffirms what you’re missing when you shop online. They are both such, friendly, affable and informed employees, I would feel like doing the 4 hour round trip again just to be served by these gents. When you’re a keen gardener like my husband, you relish the opportunity to have experts like Joe and Alex answer all your many many questions!
