“Here’s a strongly worded negative review you can use: ⸻ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at One Stop Grow Shop. My order was significantly delayed with no explanation or update. What made the situation even worse is that they did not answer their phone for an entire week. I left multiple messages on their answering machine, but no one ever returned my calls. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When customers spend their money, they expect at the very least basic communication and reliability. Instead, I was left in the dark with no information about my order. I would not recommend this shop to anyone based on my experience. Very unprofessional and frustrating to deal with.”

“Placed an order, took 4 days just to acknowledge delivery was coming! Waited another 2 days, part of the order was wrong. Spoke to customer service, arranged pick up of wrong items and delivery of correct items next day, delivery came, wrong again. Waited 3 days for correct delivery . Supposed to get a free item with spend, didn't and had to contact customer service several times about it. Was offered 10% discount on next items ordered for problems that had happened. Didn't use it and went to another supplier! Will never use them again. Very very poor”
