“Placed an order, took 4 days just to acknowledge delivery was coming! Waited another 2 days, part of the order was wrong. Spoke to customer service, arranged pick up of wrong items and delivery of correct items next day, delivery came, wrong again. Waited 3 days for correct delivery . Supposed to get a free item with spend, didn't and had to contact customer service several times about it. Was offered 10% discount on next items ordered for problems that had happened.
Didn't use it and went to another supplier!
Will never use them again.

“Waiting on deliveries again i like shopping with one stop grow shop but im getting fed up with your deliveries. I always pay for the dear priority next day or in D.H.L case next week deliveries. I think it's time you changed courier”
“Been great until I order something in a hurry then they sent the wrong stuff which was dispatched as usual then I told them about the mistake they were more interested in getting that back before sorting my order took over a week and half to sort my order out and I was in a hurry but customer happiness is second to them as it looks as I say had no problems with them before may not use them in future now for this reason”
“Usually 5 star. Product and packing mint but this time DPD let you down bad left at wrong address on a different street left behind a tree. When I got in touch with DPD that gave me a rough location not exact and I could get it myself or a driver would rectify. After 4 days and a couple of emails no joy. I was about to reorder with you . I got a delivery from the house owner he had to dry box for a couple of days after he found it. DPD not too bothered. Osgs always good. .. .”
“Your site advertised delivery in 1 - 3 working days. As I had spent an additional charge for priority delivery I, perhaps foolishly, expected it to be nearer the one day mark. How mistaken I was.”

“I bought some Dynomyco mycorrhiza recently. They arrived but had about three weeks before the expiry date ran out. I contacted OSGW a few times to ask if I could return them for something with a longer shelf life and have received no response. Bit poor.”
