“Took me 16 days to arrive after paying postage for 1/3 day delivery missing the time I needed to use the product so all in all very poor service and last time I ordered I had the same. Resulting in a refund days over due date”

“Shambles of a shop! I ordered a omega infinity pro led grow tent kit next day delivery! Over a week later I get 2 boxes full of accessories no led I contacted the company to make them aware of their mistake. They told me to take pictures to prove it was never delivered so I did then when I call them the man at the shop confirmed they never had that light in stock dispite the website saying it was in stock so they knew when my order was made that they didn't have the light instock but they still just sent me a load of useless accessories. I've spent hours on the phone and emailing to get a solution I was given 3 options.
1 get a silly refund offer that left me paying full price for tent and accessories and not getting a light
2 take a led light that's half the price and quality with no partial refund
3 wait over a month for the light I ordered to come back instock.
Never once was I offered a full or even fair partial refund to sent it all back. I honestly couldn't have had a worse experience buying from here wasted so much time and still didn't get the light I ordered and now I'm just stuck with what they sent me. Just shop else where and save yourself the hassle because these people don't give one though to you as a customer or your grow that has to be killed off after waiting too long for it's light”
“the items I bought were fine but the delivery was well over a week later than the estimated delivery. I needed the item the week I ordered it so was pretty much redundant once it was delivered as I had to buy an alternative. There was no communication concerning the delay.”
