I would highly recommend using OSGS! I have placed multiple orders with them, delivery is always prompt. I had a slight issue with one of my orders caused by something being temporarily out of stock. Contacted the customer service team to make them aware and within 24 hours they had arranged an alternate product and sent it priority delivery. Excellent communication from their customer service team, I dealt with Ren and she could not have been more helpful, keeping me informed of any changes to my order. OSGS will now be my go to for any horticultural needs.
