I recently purchased a garden furniture from 'Out and Out'. I strongly recommend them as every step of the business was more than satisfactory starting from delivery, the quality of the product and customer service after wards. There was a minor manufacturing defect in one part of the product and the claim / replacement request portal was so efficient so that a customer service representative was straight away on the case and the defective product was replaced so quickly and efficiently.
