Unwilling to honour frame guarantee on sofas bought 3 years ago which have defects. They agreed to replace, then became very difficult, then said they would make another offer, now gone silent and not returning emails. Been going on for over 3 months, we have to always chase. Appalling after service, silence suggests very unwilling to honour guarantee, so should be a red flag to other customers who have bought sofas. Terrible way to treat a customer. Says a lot about the business ethics. Given sufficient time so about to escalate to Resolver and/or Trading Standards etc.
