I am unable to get in contact via phone email or direct message about my order. They took my money immediately then have given 0 communication since. When the pre ordered was moved from June to July I never received an update to say that was happening. As a company I would expect a bare minimum of updates (as they state they do on their website) to reassure their customers. If this is a genuine company this is a really unprofessional way to go about running your business.
