Palma garden furniture set ordered mid May scheduled to be delivered a month later eventually after several emails (they don't answer the phone) it was delivered on July 29th. The box was damaged and within one panel of the sofa was so badly damaged it was impossible to assemble.
Two days later still no response to my request to have this garbage collected and to progress a refund. NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
