Paid for a pergola to be erected. The two men who delivered it had never erected one before.Had problems and in the end did not complete the erection and left.I Immediately sent an e-mail.A week later have not been contacted.Just had an e-mail saying they believe my problem has been resolved.It has not.I sent a one star review to Out and Out and it does not appear on their web site .
