This company is terrible with non existent customer service. I have placed 2 orders. The first is now 2 weeks late, with no word from Outandout or their courier. The second arrived incorrect. - the cushions were the wrong colour, a good effort seeing as they were only available in 1 colour!! You cannot get an answer on the phone & there is a minimum 5 working day wait for an email response, from my experience the response is “leave it with us” then nothing for weeks. I currently have a massive box of incorrect furniture in my dining room and no garden furniture to sit on. In 20 odd years of non stop internet shopping this is the worst experience I have had to suffer. I would say avoid Outandout at all costs. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere
