Absolutely awful!! I ordered the California set - avoid it like the plague. Cheap, nasty hard plastic with no give, so ultimately it'll break within no time. Arrived broken and 9 weeks late! These guys have zero customer service, they'll tell you your order will arrive in 4 weeks and then send you automated emails saying it'll be a further 2 weeks, then a further 2 weeks again, and then a further 1 week! If you try to call customer services, you just go through to a mailbox rather than waiting on hold. I've been calling for 6 weeks now with no one answering! I've also messaged them numerous times on facebook and instagram with no response! The item finally arrived yesterday, but damaged, looks like to return it they slap on extra fees. But first lets hope someone actually answers the phone so i can report the item as faulty! When i ordered online, i looked at reviews and a few were mixed, so i gave them the benefit of the doubt! Looking back i should have never ordered, waste of time and money. Shame on you out and out!
