Placed my order at the start of April was told 5 weeks, then this kept changing at the end of June I cancelled the order as I got another email saying 3 weeks. I requested a refund after trying to get hold of someone, two weeks on still no refund even though I was told this had been processed now had to send yet another email. very poor customer service
