I have been waiting for a refund from this company who state it has been actioned today actually managed to speak to someone who offered no explanation just states they will expedite it today...I will wait and see when I mentioned about the appalling reviews she stated she will defend this company to the hilt no matter what just because of a few disgruntled customers....speak volumes, I am going to carry on with my reviews until I get my money back. This company needs to give actual customer service and stop covering up and bleating. By taking my money you entered into a contract under the consumer act in law and you are failing with your obligations by ignoring customers is no answer what so ever
