Had my garden furniture delivered. Had paid £50 for assembly but the guys were worried it would rain! So they didn’t assemble. I assembled it myself( it’s a mediocre set to be honest). All I want is my assembly money back. Have phoned twice. Have e mailed 3 times and have written a letter. Absolutely no reply to anything. I will not let it rest. I do know my consumer rights I wouldn’t bother with this company at all. They have zero customer service. I should have looked at these reviews first.
