I hate to say this about any business but so far this business is the worst I have ever dealt with. Following an advert in the Times I ordered garden furniture (31 May 2020) and to date (23 July 2020) nothing except a couple of automated emails telling me my order is with the courier but of course when I contact the courier they say they haven't got anything . It is impossible to get any response by email or telephone so I am just left waiting and waiting..... I really wished I had paid attention to the volume of negative reviews online about OutandOut.
