I placed an order on 23 April for outdoor furniture. It took 13 weeks to arrive and that was after at least 3 phone calls. In addition I ordered furniture covers which still haven’t arrived. No response from OutandOut to countless emails and phone calls.
I know the pandemic is affecting lots of suppliers but good communication with your customers would alleviate a lot of anxiety
